REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY - Palette Parenting

Thank you for shopping at Palette Parenting. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines our guidelines and procedures for returns, refunds, and cancellations. By making a purchase, booking a session, or using our services, you acknowledge and accept the terms stated in this policy.

2.1 Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your product, you may be eligible for a return and refund under the following conditions:

  • Damaged Product: If the product you received is damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item. We will require photographic evidence of the damage and may request additional information. If the damage is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons. These may include art materials that have been opened, used, or altered, as well as personalized or custom-made art pieces. Please carefully review the product description before making your purchase.
  • Proof of Purchase: To be eligible for a return and refund, you must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.
  • Condition of the Product: The returned product must be in its original condition, unopened, and unused. It should include all accessories, packaging materials, and any promotional items that were included with the purchase. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria.

2.2 Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to inform you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days and issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the return shipping fees unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

3.1 Art Workshops and Online Sessions

We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your participation in our art workshops or online sessions. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Cancellation with at least one day's notice: If you cancel your session at least one day in advance, you will be eligible for a refund. Please provide proof of cancellation, such as an email confirmation or receipt.
  • Cancellation with less than one day's notice: No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than one day before the scheduled session.
